A scientist has index h if h of his/her N papers have
at least h citations each, and the other (N − h) papers
have no more than h citations each.

很有趣的评价方法，我觉得用作评价一个 blog 或者网站也挺不错的。相应地可以写成这样子：

A blog has index h if h of its N posts have
at least h linkbacks each, and the other (N − h) posts
have no more than h linkbacks each.
