今天我用arXiv预印本系统查文献时，一时兴起想看看某篇论文的引用情况，却发现CiteBase网站暂时关闭了，这真是一个坏消息。下面是网站的公告：

Service Unavailable

Due to a serious fire and explosion at the University of Southampton, Citebase Search, the Archives Registry, Celestial, and other tools managed by me will be unavailable until further notice.

The fire has severely disrupted the department, as all neighbouring buildings remain closed until the destroyed buildings can be made safe. While core departmental services have now been restored it may be some time before other servers are re-housed.

In the meantime I am grateful for your continuing understanding and patience.
