 <description>&lt;p&gt;在最新的一期《Science》杂志中，以&lt;a href=&quot;//www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/313/5794/1721&quot;&gt;&quot;Frustrations Mount Over China&#039;s High-Priced Hunt for Trophy Professors”&lt;/a&gt;为题报道了中国名牌大学热衷于聘请高薪的兼职教授来装点门面。而许多拥有海外教职的华人教授也乐得每年回来一两个月，获取可观的报酬，大量的经费和廉价的研究生资源。另外一方面，中国的年轻一代却没有得到重视。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;cite&gt;But Yau and other critics insist that the popularity of these programs does not justify the expense. Rather than lavish money on part-time academics, they argue, Chinese institutions should raise stipends of students and young researchers from their present paltry levels of $30 to $160 a month. &quot;The Chinese government does not pay enough attention to young people,&quot; Yau says. As long as the brightest young minds seek greener pastures outside China, the brain drain--and the hunger for overseas talents--will continue.&lt;/cite&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;
